Basma is a certified clinical psychologist with over two decades of expertise in the field. She holds DBT Certification from DBT-LBC and is the director of the DBT MENA affiliation. Basma serves as an international DBT Trainer with British Isles and BehavioralTech. She is the founder of the Maria Den Braven Center, a leading multi-disciplinary therapy center based in Amman, Jordan. Basma is the DBT Team Leader for the Consultation Team in the Maria Den Braven Center.

Sofian is a dedicated and dynamic professional serving as the Operations Manager at DBT MENA. With a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail, he plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the company's day-to-day operations. Sofian's exceptional leadership skills and strategic mindset have been instrumental in driving efficiency and fostering a collaborative work environment within the organization.

Sarah is a Project Administrator in DBT MENA for over a year, exhibiting demonstrated experience in all stage of the lifecycle of training, from planning, organizing to managing the delivery of training that aligns with the affiliation’s goals. Sarah brings smart, strategic thinking into every project and overlooks organization of every training. She began her journey with DBT MENA as an aspiring psychologist, seeking to be an active change maker in the mental health field in the Arab Region. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (2021) from the University of Pécs, making her well versed in the role and aim of helping others live a life worth living.

Areen is a highly experienced project manager at DBT MENA, where she leads teams in the successful execution of various projects. With 6 years of experience in project management, Areen is known for her ability to effectively manage complex projects, her strong leadership skills and her ability to think strategically. She is dedicated to delivering projects on time and within budget.
